At De(ux) Mains Pty Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and promptly. The following outlines our shipping terms and conditions for Australian and international customers.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer standard shipping via Australia Post or courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch (location dependent).
Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Complimentary shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value, refer to current promotional offers.3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

4. DELIVERY ISSUES
Once your order has been dispatched, De(ux) Mains is not liable for any delays caused by postal services or customs.
We are not responsible for:Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
Delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.

At De(ux) Mains Pty Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, please read our returns policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. RETURNS
As fragrance products are considered personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.
Returns will only be accepted if:
The product is faulty or damaged in transit;
An incorrect item was shipped.
